2013...started like this...

Hello to you

Well this new year has swept in and taken over in a good way...the first week has gone...

Here at my place our week has been...

 * busy... lots of work for Me and the Teenagers...
 * making some plans for what this year may hold...
 * not making plans and letting life take us along for the ride...
 * taking Little Bit shopping to spend her Xmas/Birthday gift card...bless her she spent all but a few $ but purchased her own school bag and stationary...
 * not taking myself too seriously.....


This pic shows our mate Captain Kook (as we call him) on the first sunset of the year....a magical moment for me and my camera....a stunning sunset with Kook keeping watching and the Yellow tailed black cockatoos overhead.

Some sad things have happened this year and many peoples lives have been devastated...

School is out
Pressies are wrapped
Scrubbing and cleaning
Time for a nap

Holidays are fun
But stressful at times
Keeping everyone happy
Needs imagination and kind

So enjoy each others company
Laugh, hug, smile and cherish
Being together is wonderful
Our time is so precious...

Oh Christams Tree....

Hello lovely Readers

That time has come the tree is up and the Silly Season we all love to hate has begun....

Cassie is safely back after a months exchange in Canada with lot of little stories to tell...

My Twins finish school today...bye bye Year 10 and hello to the world of HSC x 2, we have presentation night tonight and Harry is receiving an award...PPM (proud Mumma moment)

Little bit is getting excited about the her up and coming 10th Birthday and Xmas ...so the tree was all her doing this year including the handmade smiling Angel with 'evil' eyes...lol
